The Fire Ceremony will start at 7:00 PM.
Unless it is actively storming or the air quality absolutely horrible we will be outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather. Be prepared to stand outside for at least an hour.
Fire is used to release old patterns and things in our lives that no longer serve us. It also may be used to send prayers and energy to Spirit to bring in things that you would like to have in your life. For those of you who have not been to a fire before, come prepared with a 'death arrow' (a burnable item such as paper - with or without writing, a stick or prayer bundle). The energy of the issue you are releasing is blown into this item before it is placed in the fire. You may also prepare a 'spirit arrow' for something you wish to bring into your life.

The Munay Ki Rites start at approximately 8:30 PM.
For those of you who wish to start receiving rites this would be a good night to come. For those of you who have already started receiving the Munay Ki Rites we will be continuing those rites. The Rites will be explained more fully before they are given.

A Despacho (Haywarikuy in Qechua) is a prayer bundle created in ceremony by one or more people for a specific reason or with a specific intent. The ceremony is officiated by a medicine person or shaman and is the most common traditional ceremony of the mountain people of the Andes.

There are many, many kinds of Despachos. Because the Summer Solstice is the most powerful day of the year for Feminine Energy, we will be creating a Despacho to honor all aspects of the Divine Feminine. We will include the Feminine Cycle of the entire year from Winter Sleep through Spring Awakening to Summer Growing and Autumn Harvesting and back to Winter Sleep so that we may also honor ourselves and step into the culmination of all that we create during the 13 Moons of the Lunar year.
Feel free to bring additional burnable items to place in the prayer bundle as Spirit calls you.
Come join us for this beautiful ceremony for ourselves, Mother Earth and all of creation!

Although these are sacred ceremonies they are not connected with any organized religion. We work through the lineage of the Shaman of Peru and connect directly with spirit through personal experience. Any faith or belief system that you may have is welcome as long as you come with an open mind and are respectful of others.
Please do not come in an impaired state.

Please join with us in the spirit of community for your personal healing and the healing of All Our Relations.

In the tradition of the Ancient Inka of Peru I am passing on the teachings and energetic transmissions of the Mama Ocllo Rite,

the first Rite of the Seven Sacred Goddesses of Peru,

The Ñusta!

These rites must be received in order

and will be given once a month for seven months.

With the Mama Ocllo rite we will begin the creation a Ñusta Mesa or medicine bundle

Please bring:

1). 7 stones that call to you. Each stone should be of a size that is easily held and manipulated with one hand.

2). A cloth or bag big enough to wrap or hold all seven.

The word Ñusta means Priestess, Queen or Goddess. The Ñusta Karpay are the Peruvian Rites of the Goddess or Sacred Feminine. These rites involve the release of heavy energies and the creation of connection with the Divine Feminine. Receiving the rites of these seven Goddesses creates a rainbow path of transformation and healing. Those who walk this rainbow path come into intimate relationship with the energies of the Ñusta Kuna as they discover, awaken, heal and balance those energies within themselves. By healing and balancing the Feminine within themselves they contribute to healing and balancing the Feminine energies of the world.

In July of 2010 Don Mariano Quispe Flores, a Kurak Aq’ulleq of the Q’ero lineage of the mountains of Peru, was brought to the United States where he passed on the seven rites of the Ñusta Karpay (rites of the Sacred Feminine) to 25 people in Washington state. This was one of the first transmissions of these rites in North America. I was one of those 25 people and I am passing on the seven rites of the Ñustas with joy and love as instructed by Don Mariano.
